Industrial auctions
- For Industrial Auctions the Buyer's Premium is 8% or RM500 whichever is higher. Some auctions may have special Buyer's Premium, where the Buyer's Premium is different, we will post this information in Auction Notes for each vehicle or the Seller Terms and Conditions https://www.pickles.my/seller-terms-and-conditions/.
- Transfer of ownership depends on the Seller Terms and Conditions. For motor vehicles, the fee may vary depending on the class of vehicle and road tax expiry. Wherever possible, Pickles will update the item details to indicate pricing. It is up the buyer to verify if there are any transfer restrictions. In many cases the ownership transfer will be managed by the Seller and a fee may apply. Check the Item details, Proclamation of Sale, or the Seller Terms and Conditions https://www.pickles.my/seller-terms-and-conditions/ to see if transfer fees apply for each seller.
In all cases, the winning bidder must pay all future costs associated with transfers, registrations, inspections, taxes, government and any other fees which may be required at the conclusion of the auction or in the future.
