Seller Terms and Conditions — PROTON

1. The tender is for sale of Used, Beyond Economic Repair, or Scrap vehicles.

2. The tender is on “As Is Where Is” basis. You are to inspect the vehicle properly before placing any tender on the subject vehicle. The subject vehicle’s condition before and after tender period should be within your consideration.

3. PROTON will deregister and SCRAP the subject vehicle at JPJ under below circumstances, and no refund monies or whatsoever will be made by PROTON or Pickles to you:
##
- If any vehicle marked as WRECK is not repaired and certified roadworthiness by PUSPAKOM within 90 days from date.
- If the subject vehicle has failed to transfer ownership at JPJ within 14 days after receipt of the original transfer ownership documents.
- If the “double transfer ownership” is carried out, the transaction must be transferred within 7 days as per JPJ requirements.
- For vehicles sold as SCRAP or determined later to be SCRAP by PUSPAKOM or JPJ, PROTON will not provide documentation for motor interchange.

4. The successful bidder to provide copy of updated vehicle registration card to PROTON within 14 days to confirm the transfer ownership is completed.

5. PROTON is not liable for any cost and damage if the subject vehicle has failed in PUSPAKOM roadworthiness certification, or failed to get transfer ownership, or for any vehicle purchased which has been marked as SCRAP due to any reason whatsoever.
