**By bidding on any POS Logistic Bhd item, you agree with the following Terms & Conditions:

COLLECTION OF FULLY PAID ITEMS FROM POS LOGISTICS BHD (PLB)

1. Full payment for the items must be done to Pickles Auctions. Please call us at 016-6999170 should you have any questions. (NOTE: the standard RM50 per day penalties for late towing out of the items will not be imposed as the items are with PLB.)

2. Once full payment has been made, please call PLB for arrangements to perform JPJ ownership transfer for your items:

3. PLB will only allow the items to be collected/removed from their yard once the JPJ ownership transfer has been done:

• PLB will arrange for on-site mobile Puspakom for B5 or other relevant certificates.
• With the B5 or other relevant certificates from Puspakom, Buyer and PLB to perform the ownership transfer at JPJ.
• The buyer is to bear the Puspakom and JPJ ownership change costs.
• Buyer to collect / tow out the items from PLB’s yard within 7 days from JPJ ownership transfer date.
• Should the item fail Puspakom, PLB will refund in full the cost of the item or scrap the item and may sell it as scrap to the buyer.
