Penang Port asset disposal, sale by tender!

On behalf of Penang Port Sdn Bhd (the “Vendor”) we are pleased to invite selected persons (“Bidders”) to participate in the Expression of Interest (“EOI”) process (“Process”) being managed by Pickles Asia Sdn. Bhd. (“Pickles”) on behalf of the Vendor for the sale of Port Equipment comprising one (1) unit of gantry crane and three (3) units of portable RTG Crane (each referred to as a “Lot”).

These items can be sold as one single lot, bidders can make individual evaluation on these items (each items are referred to as a “LOT”). This invitation sets forth the timing and procedures for submitting a binding EOI in writing with respect of the lots pursuant to the process. All bidders are required to submit along with the EOI document a Method of Statement dismantle works and the removal process.
